is your website secure?

Absolutely. We proudly use Squarespace, Shopify, and Paypal to ensure all of your private information is kept encrypted and safe! 


Do you take wholesale orders?

Not at this time. Sorry, pal. 


Do you have an email list?

We sure do! We'd love to have you sign up. We will even give you 10% off your first order when you do. We are never spammy. We just like to keep you updated on what is new in the shop! There's a sign up at the bottom of this page! 


Can you cancel my order?

Honestly, probably not. We put in orders for fulfillment pretty quickly so that they get to you as quickly as possible. But it doesn't hurt to reach out to us! Email admin@racheljohanna.com with your order info and if it hasn't gone to fullfillment yet, we will happily take care of it for you! 


SHIPPING

 

We connect with global merchants and warehouses to ensure that we curate the best products with the best prices!

  • Orders are sent to fulfillment within 24 business hours of your order - we are unable to make changes after it is sent.
  • Shipping is always free. We hate shipping price surprises when we shop online so we decided to keep shipping free on our site! 
  • Our products ship directly from our suppliers and they take about 15 days to arrive. Please, plan accordingly. 
  • Some of our premium products take a few extra days to ship. These products will be marked accordingly.
  • Orders placed on Friday will process on Monday.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order is shipped. But if your order never shows please reach out so we can make it right. 
  • Custom fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • We cannot ship weekends.
  • Sorry. No PO Boxes allowed. We must have a valid street address. 

RETURNS + REFUNDS  

 
  • Because our orders come straight to you from our suppliers, we cannot accept returns.

    But, don’t despair. We will replace your product, at no cost to you for the following: the product is damaged, the product is not as it appears on our site, or if the quality is not as advertised. Send us a picture and we will take care of it!

    If we are unable to replace the item for any reason, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price. 

 

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that all order details are correct which include the correct sizes, colors and styles. This information cannot be changed once the order is complete. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the complete shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for addresses that have been entered incorrectly.
